Withdrawals
When adding bank account details to your Elrond Xchange Investment Account, you can withdraw funds to your bank account. Elrond Xchange Investment will process Withdrawals based on your instructions. It is imperative that your Withdrawal instructions, including bank account number, are correct. Elrond Xchange Investment is not obligated to reverse or amend any Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed each business day, but the processing period is not guaranteed. Withdrawals to a third party bank account are strictly prohibited and could result in the restriction, suspension or termination of your account. Withdrawals of over 1,000,000 USD require an activation code, which must be generated by contacting us. This measure is in place to ensure that only you can make large transfers from your account. Note that you will need this code for any future large withdrawals.
